This RSVP page is operated by LvR Management Ltd, the company responsible for LvR Mentoring ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting your information to RSVP for the LvR Mentoring Annual Gathering, you agree to the following terms.
LvR Management Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal data in connection with this event. LvR Management Ltd is registered in England & Wales. For any questions, you can contact us at contact@lvrmentoring.com.
When you RSVP, we collect your name and email address, and generate a unique ticket ID linked to your RSVP. On the night of the event, we record whether that ticket has been checked in at the door, and when.
Your data is used exclusively for running the gathering, including:
We will not use your data for any purpose beyond the gathering and related community communications, and we will not use it to make automated decisions about you. The lawful basis is: consent (for RSVP processing and any marketing) and legitimate interests (running the event safely, including door check-in).
Your personal data will never be sold, rented, or traded to third parties for marketing or any other purposes. It is used solely by LvR Management Ltd, on behalf of LvR Mentoring, for the purposes described above.
We share your data only with trusted service providers who help us run the RSVP and check-in process — currently Notion (guest list management) and Resend (email delivery) — solely to the extent necessary to perform those services, and only under obligations of confidentiality consistent with this notice. Some of these processors may be based outside the UK; see International Transfers below.
We will keep your RSVP data until 3 months after the event, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Where we transfer your data outside the UK, we rely on an adequacy decision or on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), with additional safeguards where needed. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards at contact@lvrmentoring.com.
Under UK GDPR (and, if you are in the EU/EEA, EU GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@lvrmentoring.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We'd prefer the chance to sort things out first — please contact us.
By RSVPing, you consent to LvR Management Ltd processing your data as described above. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us directly, though this may mean we can no longer hold or honor your reservation.
Your ticket QR code is unique to you and will be scanned at the door for entry. Please don't share your ticket with others — each ticket can only be checked in once.
This event is for adults (18+). Please don't RSVP if you are under 18.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
